I like the ease of check-in. He was already waiting for us outside as soon as I message him we'll be on our way. The house is very clean, everything you need for cooking is already available. Quiet neighborhood.

The place was cozy and clean. Kuya Caloy was friendly and accommodating. The place was big enough for us and all the utilities are working.

We had a great stay in Zya Transient House. The house itself is spacious, with complete set of cooking ware, strong wifi connection even Globe and Smart both have a great signal. Kuya Caloy is easy to talk to and very accomodating.
